Open Now and Next Opening

The service first shows whether a business is open now and when it closes. For a closed business, the next known opening is shown when sufficiently complete opening hours are available.

Public holidays, temporary changes and incorrectly registered hours can make the information inaccurate. Check the business's own information before making a longer journey.

Select a reasonable search radius

A small radius fits when walking in a densely populated area. For car travel or rural areas, a larger radius can provide more useful options.

Shops and restaurants are shown separately. Pharmacies have their own category so ordinary shop results are not filled with healthcare-related businesses.

• 100 metres to 2 kilometres for walking distance
• 5 to 10 kilometres for a larger neighbourhood
• 25 kilometres or more where there are few options

"Opening hours unavailable" does not mean "open"

When a business has no registered opening hours, that information must be treated as unknown.

So it cannot be concluded that a place is open 24 hours a day just because no time is recorded.

If a visit is important, check the business's current information before travelling.

Exceptions can override the usual weekly hours

Public holidays, temporary changes and other exceptions can mean that normal opening hours do not apply.

An open status is most useful when it is based on current and complete information.

When the system is unable to determine the situation safely, it should rather show that the opening time is unknown than give a false answer.
