Always check official traffic information

A camera image is a snapshot and may be delayed. In icy conditions, accidents, flooding or other hazards, always check current traffic information and follow official warnings.

A reported disruption must be matched to the right road

The presence of a traffic disturbance near the search point does not automatically mean that it affects your journey. Please check the route, direction, distance and type of event.

Roadworks can have a very different effect from an accident or closure. A major incident a few kilometres away may also be less relevant than a minor disruption directly on your planned route.

Therefore, use the list to find relevant events and open the details before changing the itinerary.
